No historian calls any president great for presiding over the natural evolution of an economic cycle in a wealthy country. Neither Clinton or Reagan.
JFK gets high marks for Cuban Missle, but is not regarded by professional historians as top 10. Middle of the pack actually, as much as I liked him.
