Yes, of course. You can use RSS as a usual Wordpress feature. All three types of RSS (RSS, RSS2 and ATOM) work with the Gallery Plugin perfectly.

We need to test it. If you find that gallery plugin works good with WP-mu, please let me know. If it doesn't work let me know anyway and I'll make it work
Also, several customers have tested the plugin with the new WP2.2 version and everything works great.
