LOL...I get those too. If they guy is using HER card to sign up for programs...he's just asking for it.
You can only go one of 2 ways when you get that call.
1) You throw the guy under the bus (by giving the info about the site.)
2) You ask her if she would like you to start the investigation against him, for using her card, for committing credit card fraud.
