That's another thing my clients hear out of my mouth a lot lol. But it's true. The OS is fine aside from one common glitch. When the computers, laptops especially due to more limited graphics capabilities, go to screen savers or to sleep mode and you get back to your desktop there's a chance of explorer "half" crashing and the entire windows tray bar disappearing.
I'm confident that once more "big box" store computers and laptops start carrying way better integrated graphics cards that the problem will be resolved though because of how all graphics in Vista are an actual layer.. or "program" as some could say that runs atop the operating system itself as oposed to being integrated into the kernal like all OS' prior to Vista.
I explain that to customers and how to get the drivers running smooth and alternatives to the computer manufacturer's drivers base that make a world of difference. They leave happy and loving Vista
