I am assuming that the Chinese are/were beaten into making jeans and working for substandard wages.
It is my professional opinion, and a fair statement to say, that the Chinese have not been beaten nearly as bad as they should have been.
Again, this is my well trained eye, my background experience... my professionally schooled opinion.
