Bangbros appears to count something close to join page clicks, so their ratios tend to look VERY good indeed. But if you count the outgoing clicks yourself, you will have a better idea of the real numbers. They still do pretty well overall.
However, I noticed that I couldn't access some of their sites today, which could raise issues. I am sure they will have it sorted out soon.
