Processor advice.
I require a Processor to bill credit cards for my site but let me handle all the subscription/password admin. PayPal has an IPN system and IBill has a PIN system both these billing system are just what I need, but PayPal are locking accounts without explanation and IBill seems an unsure option at the moment. So, does anyone know if any of the other processors offer these types of services? Thanks.
