i highly doubt jace would have called him out using OCCASH if he didnt think the guy worked for occash.
I bet i can guestimate the conversation now.
Jace: Hey i need someone to program something
Ryan: I can help you out what do you need ?
Jace : i need ___ and ____ done . but before we start are you a programmer ?, can i hire you to do more jobs ? are you working fulltime?
Ryan : I work for occash right now ....... etc etc etc
I'm not trying to put words in anyones mouth but alot of programmers are vague with this kinda thing and ryan didnt mean to imply he worked "for" occash but that he "worked for " occash , i.e. hired out not an employee.
Either way hindsight is 20/20
