Seriously... you have been in the biz for 3 years? Nothing is going to stay the same. What worked well a couple of years ago, - bets on, that will have changed.
Never sit back and think that will continue - sure as hell it won't. Keep pushing original ideas if possible, and if only one out of ten work - duplicate that one.
