In my previous company, the senior management used to say

"SO FUCKIN WHAT? IGNORE THE LITTLE FUCKER, he doesn't bring in THAT much traffic and is not worth talking to".

So fuck it!

I say - treat everyone equal, who knows which seed will grow into a tree.
