ok I wanted a site to refer traffic to me
I offered $5 per 1000 clicks but he wanted a referral type deal
so I build my own it tracks by cookie and ip and gives decent information to the stats page it also tag the username the surfer purchased with and tracks for rebills I offered 40% and was turn down said i didnt have proper tracking. i even offered to pay this guy upfront but still no deal.
what am i doing wrong the site will sell it's converting skimmed traffic now so i dont get it. why would he turn it down.
