Sure - admit it is more long term and prob will have no effect on "transitional webmasters" or affiliates who only want to earn a dime that day Tony.

The slight danger is they can cause a lot of damage in their shortish term in the biz and provoke still more legislation to screw the main core business.

What TeenRevenue are doing is kinda low on the legal priority list (they have other more urgent "real CP" to handle - and plenty of it), - the only contrary effect which may cause that to blow is that these are "mainline" adult sites and getting far more public exposure than a CP website. Smell this can attract attention with anyone who feels they have a "cause".

The net result is we will prob hear how the adult industry trades in CP - people don't care whether the model is "legal" - more the public perception of what they are seeing - eg a 12 year old with cocks suck in her. Then... enter more legislation - simply because we don't appear to have a balance and judgement to manage our own biz

Think you were in the biz prior to online?? This was and still is, a big no, no - and usually only attempted by "transitional" people in the biz who then are either thrown in jail or move on to other scamming pastures.

But... they did cause more legislation to be dumped on the industry in the process and often totally innocent people in the adult biz ended up getting wrapped up in these laws on technicalities. Think it was Pornguy who mentioned earlier in the thread about lollipops - sure, sounds innocent enough, but that's the typical "catch all" if a prosecutor is gunning for someone in the industry. Was absorbing what a US law person was saying on this recently - it appears there are several ways to tackle a problem and there was doubt that a prosecutor would be bothering about 2257 (assuming this was in order), but using other laws. Basically, if they want a conviction, they will find a way of attack. When ya got that mentality facing you - it gets boring trying to cover your ass all the time It's nice just to be "normal" and get on with biz
