Music that gets you high (literally?)
Has anyone else heard mention of this supposed music that simulates the affect of being high (from what substance, not sure)? It was on the news and my girlfriend briefly caught ear of it, but didn't get full details. Interesting concept, apparently in some other country attempted to be banned.
