I ran across a neat little thing yesterday while i was researching this -
"Little Brother". I didn't understand exactly how to install it though. :P
It would be cool to be able to graph exactly how unproductive an employee is when they "check their email" or "just say hi real quick to a friend" - and then deduct from their paycheck accordingly.
