so after thinking more about this- i am not sure what the real downside is. if a domain gets credited back, snap or enom or pool or others will credit your account back. if netsol was negligent in properly keeping the regfly domains secure then netsol will get sued again. but, the 2 month lockup and all the attempts to contact domain owners.. etc.. we'll see what happens but there is no bad faith by any of us who acquire domains fair and square.

the policy at http://HuntingMoon.com is to give the regfly domain back if somebody can show a pattern of being ignored by regfly and/or netsol etc..

and to answer your question- no, we do not know if it was a regfly domain. it's still business as usual and http://PDDW.com is updating its testimonials shortly.
