so after thinking more about this- i am not sure what the real downside is. if a domain gets credited back, snap or enom or pool or others will credit your account back. if netsol was negligent in properly keeping the regfly domains secure then netsol will get sued again. but, the 2 month lockup and all the attempts to contact domain owners.. etc.. we'll see what happens but there is no bad faith by any of us who acquire domains fair and square.
