In all seriousness, though.... imho:
-Definitely egotistical if you're the only one in the pic.
-A bit egotistical if there's other people in the pic with you.
-Not egotistical if you're not in the pic.
I say, use the above as a guide, and decorate your place with your own confort-level of arrogance.
