I while back I posted asking some photo enthusiasts their suggestions for a nice digital camera setup for my wife. She is not a professional but also isn't the average everyday point-and-shoot type photographer. She takes amazing pictures and has a real eye for it. We just had our first born and it was her first real Mother's day so I thought I'd surprise her.
To get back on track, I ended up getting her a Canon Rebel XTI 300D. It came with a standard 35mm lens so I bought an upgraded 300mm and that thing is amazing! Guilty admission...I think I'm enjoying it more than her! Shh...don't say anything to her. Now I'm shopping around for some really cool accessories! I was looking at some wide angle and fish-eye lenses as well as many filter packs. We are both avid sports fans and will be attending many game. This will take it to an entirely new level! I'm stoked!
So I guess the point of the thread is to 1, show my appreciation for the people that gave good suggestions and 2, asking those cool people about some awesome lenses and filters I could get for this puppy. What are some toys I can get for this bad boy?
