The problem is how does the newbie separate the bull shit from the lies from the PR from the truth?
This place can seriously harm a newbie as much as help him.
Anyway the day of the newbie coming in and making decent money is long gone. Otherwise it would all go in house. Yes 1 in 10 might make the income of a manager in MacDees. But that's long odds.
The traffic is allotted, those with it will sell you spots, PA or anything else they can think of. They make more money that way.
