In the west a lot of muslim men are sexually oppressed as they would be if they were in the middle east still. If they come from a 'good muslim family' they wont be seen in public with white chicks or any chicks. They're expected to at least appear to be good boys in the families eyes so they can get married off to a 'good muslim family'. So, many arab dudes in the west secretly date and keep it from their family, parents specifically. Those are the sociable guys right, the capable ones; the minority in any society and culture. But a lot of dudes dont date and dont hang out with women. They always just roll around with their cousins, freinds, other dudes and they dont know a damned thing about women and how to treat them in the real world, with respect. So theyre hanging out with dudes all the time, cant date women openly, but see porn all the time, scantily clad western women and other non muslim dudes interacting with them as we're supposed to while they can only look and not touch. And when youre a dude with normal hormones thats a damned hard thing.
Obviously not every middle eastern dude in the west is a rapist, but thats where that shit comes from on the rare occasion it does happen. Primitive 'old world' culture clash with the west.
People will find anything to justify their actions, and if you happen to be a muslim in a church with a hardliner Imam you might start seeing westerners as not being people, or at least justify your rape as being only the rape of an infidel and not a real person, surely not a good muslim woman.
