I hear ya buddy...i guess my point was that tribal designs and something like barbed-wire arm bands (or arm bands of any kind) are common and trendy. Most people that get them, just get them to "try to be cool" or just for the sake of getting a tattoo (not saying that you are one of them).
But you're right...as long as you're happy with it, that's really all that matters. But I would definitely try to get the lines straightened out a bit
