Thanks to everyone in this post for the warm congratulations & especially To J$tyle$ for giving me such a tremendous opportunity.

I came onto the boards eager to learn, and looking to gain experience... what I found was much more then I could ever hope for, & just goes to proof if you work hard enough for what you want & stick your neck out there, you might just get it. The opportunity to work with someone as experienced and successful as Jon at such an early stage in this business I'm sure doesnt come around often for a new guy like me, & I'm definitly not gonna take it forgranted. I look forward to hopefuly working with you all, and making some money for all of us.
