i'm not a bleeding heart, in most cases getting bullied just makes you stronger but there are cases where the victim has no chance to fight back and the world is against him. hell I remember one kid who not only had all the kids picking on him but some teachers also got into the act. kids are prisoners, it's not like they can pick up and move to another town, go to another school, quit school - they are hostages.

good post. compensation isn't often awarded in Australia for these types of things, but this really was a case of a kid who was stuck, lived in a fairly country area etc. hopefully his million doesn't get swindled by those bullies who are probably now his best friends.
