oh and one more thing about "WHEN":
it gets REALY moist in Tel-Aviv around summer so don't go at July or Augost, come now or at fall.
Eilat is a killer at summer, it gets too sunny, but it is a waste of time in winter time, you should come at spring.
in both cases the best time is now.
