And... an established legal firm is not going to let it just drop because of paperwork filing - that's a screwup, but not major. They will prob just bear the cost of that if they genuinely screwed up and just refile.
For that reason I'd seriously suggest you get a defense going in the back of your mind - simply because it is more likely to continue than not, and would expect further adjusted filings on behalf of Ms Williams.

Webby, I sure hope you're wrong.
But it's like cancer. The docs can remove it..declare you cancer-free, and the disease comes back. All I can do now is revel in my victory and keep my lawyer on retainer.
