That's exactly what I was trying to say in the last post - they all screw up to varying degrees irrespective of the staffing level and size of practice. It's not unusual.
And... an established legal firm is not going to let it just drop because of paperwork filing - that's a screwup, but not major. They will prob just bear the cost of that if they genuinely screwed up and just refile.
For that reason I'd seriously suggest you get a defense going in the back of your mind - simply because it is more likely to continue than not, and would expect further adjusted filings on behalf of Ms Williams.
