Selling my biz - where to go?
I'm back in mainstream life, and starting to think about selling all my domains, sites and five years worth of work. It's all wrapped up in one neat, tidy s-corp package complete with proof of revenue and longevity. The revenue is still good, but I'd rather take a one-shot payment and turn it all over to someone who can improve on what I've done to make more money on it.
Are there any services going that specialize in adult business brokering and valuation? I've seen enough bad deals in this biz to know better than to take cold ICQ offers, and I'm not that interested in giving away my business model without some sort of security. I need a known buyer with a good reputation or I need a middle man. It's a low six figure deal.
Who are folks going to for this kind of thing.
