it certainly is fully restored right down to the original rims. mine was a little more pimpette - that one likely has the original 289 hi-po engine in it and mine had a 351c and dual flowmaster exhaust, cougar bucket seats, a moon roof and the mustang emblem etched on the back window. definitely not restored to original condition but a ton of fun to drive. i like pushing the pedal to the metal at 80mph and still feeling my head jerk back. 
oh and i removed the power steering pump so i could feel the 'muscle' of a car made of steel.
