So you are saying that the 500,000 tons of heavy fuel oil shipments they have been receiving every year for the past couple of years have disappeared or have been used for electricity?
The arrow is pointing to North Korea, now tell me where is the electricity? Do you still believe they don't have oil? Or maybe they ate the oil for dinner.
