I wouldn't say he was the most evil.. or even "knowingly" evil.. However, he was a religious fanatic who subverted the bible etc. in order to get out his message... like everyone on here is fond of saying.. any publicity (bad or not) is good publicity... I'm also "happy" he's dead... More of those "false prophets" need to drop off the face of the earth.
