Ok, but if they spend it on enforcing the regulations, it doesn't go into their pockets, that doesn't benefit them. Their goal isn't to just tax as much as possible in the hopes that their citizens have less, that's dumb to say.
How can you guys compare driving with something in your hand, to talking to people while you drive?
