Hey I told you people don't read on GFY :D
Anyway, what I see as a big plus is working with a aff. mngr who knows what he/she is doing and who will do what is promised. Too many shitty reps out there promosing you the world but never get shit done. I also hate when I get the "let me get back to you later" reply telling me they don'have a clue.
