I've done probably over 50 gang bangs in my life (with 4-50 guys). It's generally not easy to find guys who can perform in a group scenario. As much as I like bangs, I got so disenchanted with the whole thing lately (no shows, big mouths, big bellies, limp dicks) that I am thinking about hanging it totally and do only small groups with 2-3 good guys.
If the guys have to have hard large cocks, be in shape, and dark haired to boot, sign release forms, and have to send e-mails to an anonymous woman, it's getting even more complicated.
As a rule of thumb, those guys who perform best with their mouths (Babe, I am going to fuck the shit out of you...bla bla), are mostly a total waste when the pants fall.
The main thing you have going for yourself right now is that you are not in Houston, TX, but in an area with a high density of in-shape guys. Looking in here for is kind of pointless, there are only two guys I know in here who are proven gang bangers, one has his own sites and wants probably to shoot for his sites too.
I'd put up a Yahoo! profile with a couple of pictures of yourself. They don't have to be full face. Then I'd go into Yahoo! and post ads. No matter how clear you are in your requests, you'll still get a shitload of mails without pics, cell numbers, location, etc. Also, approach some existing LA groups, there are some in the LA area. At least there you know they are a team and can perform.
