This article definitely brings up some good points. As mentioned earlier, if it was a white player against a black player, all hell would break loose. This is what I hate about the whole move to equality - includes feminism and racism etc. - the scales have tipped in the opposite direction.
I was agreeing with the article until the end where he mentioned how the Asians in chinatown would "break him down." Which I think directly implies that Asians are better than him and also implies they would take justice into their own hands.
Apart from that, this was supposed to be a news article. Last I checked, news articles were never meant to contain personal opinions.
I wouldn't be surprised if the author of the article was racist to at least some degree as well.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not condoning what Shaq said by any stretch of the imagination. I just don't think the author was entirely in the right either.
