Well, I'd go with a different board aswell. The 590 suggested above is a good one. 570 also, but about $30-40US cheaper, both will have all your usb, firewire, sound, and lan onboard. OCZ ram instead of Kingston.
550 watt psu is about the minimum I'd go with. It depends on how many fans and hard drives you plan on adding. Having room for future growth doesn't hurt. I don't know how power hungry that card and cpu are. I have a 550 with an opteron 165
[email protected], x1900xt, 3 hard drives, and 4 120mm fans + 80mm cpu fan. It works fine for me. But the opteron isn't very power hungry. 650 watt are higher probably wouldn't hurt, price difference isn't that much once you get that high anyways.
