2. if it doesnt sell in a day - don't keep bumping every morning, noon, evening
3. domains that are registered today - DONOT have any significant traffic - that takes REAL work to get established
4. selling property that you don't even own yet - is not a wise business model - get a clue and try to really work for a living (btw - posting on GFY is not considered WORK)
