Way off for me as well. "Dalkeith", whether it's in Western Australia or Scotland, is a LONG way from here! NFI where that reference came from: I am in Victoria, and my ISP's allocated IPs have an admin address in South Australia. I'd never even heard of Dalkeith until reading this.
