If the average income doesn't decrease at all, it'll take over 43 months to break even. Now since these are old members, the numbers will slowly decline each month.

My thoughts are that there is a chance you'll never make your money back on the investment. If you do, it'll be 6-7 years from now and that's a long time to expect constant spending from very old members.
