-3 emails to customer support last week. So far nada.
-Can't transfer to other epassporte holders. Same for a special epass payment page. (System Unavailable, for days it seems)
-Haven't been able to pay using the virtual Visa anywhere as it is expired.
(Though they were quick to renew and charge me for the Electron Card when it expired)

I'm sure someone is gonna say, "Hey Email Michael, he'll fix it!" Sorry that's not the way to run a business. With with only certain people getting any measure of service. What if I wasn't on GFY?

So far I've had only very small amounts in the account, I shudder to think if I had any kind of real balance. I really want to add them as a payment option for my affiliates. But it doesn't seem like a smart move at this time.
