The thread is about a fairly simple non-US based hosting account - you have a plan which matches the specs on this or not?
PS It is also clear that artificially created bullshit to portray SplitInfinity as being "offshore" may not suit RegUser - he obviously wants a real foreign based web hosting company - not something stuck over the border in Mexico.
