Well, ultracheap doesn't usually get very reliable... specially if you get the wrong seller/reseler.

If you want something really cheap then talk directly with the carrier (verio, AT&T, Level3 ,etc..) Then lease several servers from Sun or HP and hire 5 techs to manage them in turns of 8 hours, 6 days per week + 1 day free every week. The end cost will be almost the same as getting the servers with some of the resellers posting here. the advantages are that you are controlling 100% of your network and you have a tech team 100% dedicated to manage your boxes and only your boxes. If you add one more tech it's even better, but with 5 you will have enough to start and make it run during the first couple of months.

This is estimating that you are about to move a volume over 3 GBps (990.000 GB per month or 33.000 Gb per day as you prefer it) because this is when it really pays to have such a setup. This is 30 servers pushing 100 mbits each one, but better make a cluster and get some front end servers optimized to transfer and back end servers optimized for computing. You will get less servers but more horsepower that way. Your pocket and your techs will be more happy.

If your volume is between 200 Mbit and 2 Gbit (66.000 GB to 660.000 GB) per month then make me know and we can deal something.
