get a cheap set of belt driven Numark decks. These will set you back like £50 each.
a basic numark 2 channel mixer - £50
nice set of amped speakers - £50
Basically Numark do a Dj package which is what me n both of my brothers started on. My eldest brother has now Dj'd all over the UK and abroad, and my 2nd eldest bro Dj's/Mc's at wharehouse raves regularly.
I remember them paying £200 for it new. It may even be cheaper now, but it just shows ya you only gotta start paying low
(I fink my big bros last new decks he bought were about £1800 each lol)
