If it is not a matter of time, just go and buy a book about smarty templating, for example a PACT Publishing has one. You will be able to do the work yourself and not depend on 3rd party in future if you need to change or update some things. Smarty is really not that complicated as it looks, you do not have to have anything more than basic programming understanding (loops, includes etc.)
