Wow, this thread is too easy. You just have to quote him, he fucks himself over plain and simple.

If they already agreed it's his fault, how come they're currently reviewing the claim? Wouldn't their decission of fault be the end of the review?

You've been in business for less than a month? That one month mark makes you uber trust worthy and shows you are reliable. Congrats!

It's always nice to see a company respond to people asking for their location by saying "go look at our whois".

This is the best for sure!!! Webby asks, "Sure.. that ties in. And... what is the corp name and address you are trading from and taking hosting orders from clients?"

You know valu-host. Used to work for them, but now own your own hosting company from which you get valu-host customers who are unhappy with their service. You own your own servers and do not resell. All while your corp name is under valu-host from which you are taking your orders through.

Right. Cause that makes sense.

No no. You as the "business owner" get to provide the portion of your TOS that does not state so. You don't get to remove your site, then tell customers to go find shit. You're also blatantly saying "we don't have 99.9% uptime" which is terrible.

P.S. Thread starter - So they stole your domain? That domain should be yours no matter what, just because you cancel your hosting package does not mean they can keep the domain. I'm surprised you didn't push this when the guy was here responding.
