hmmmm are you a designer or just carry one in your sig? if you are looking for someone else to do a design, what's wrong with them?! ;p
My paysites start from $500 for a single page + tour page + a few templates & range to $2500 for cover, a few tour pages, a join page, tgp & mgp template, 25 mixed banners, fpa, hpa & member template. It depends if you want a simple layout or developed graphics.
