Logged on today and first thing I saw was a thread of someone having problems with another company. Not good. Bad thread to start the day, let's reverse it and give a little credit to the people who do things the way they're supposed to be done.

I have a huge list of people that are great and always easy to deal with. I'm afraid of leaving someone out. :-)
