I dont get it... to me, a transaction is an exchange of money for goods or services.
If Midnight Jackson did not take any goods (except for the freebies), then there was no transaction.
If I went after all the people that approached me and asked me to get them quotes, sent me source footage but eventually never went through with hiring me to edit their videos, Id be a bloody millionaire.
Some deals go sour cause of unforseen circumstances. I dont think Midnight Jackson should pay for content he never took or doesnt want anymore.
