The last one I used was Incinerator and it was for a very important project. I have to say that not only is his stuff kickass, he's thorough, knows what questions to ask in order to get you what you want, he has amazing skill and he went out of his way to make MY deadline - working overtime for a last minute thing I needed done (and he didn't have to) The turnaround time was great.
