She was pulled over for driving without her headlights on, and arrested for driving without a valid license, as it violated her probation from an earlier DUI arrest.
Living in Los Angeles myself, I think justice is being served just fine. My girlfriend drives home from work on the road that Paris got pulled over on every night.
