yup - I think they are so overrated - sorry to all the Chris Cornell haters but Cobain doesn't hold a candle to him in terms of talent or "rock star" mojo - Smells like Teen Spirit was a good catchy song - I'll give them that - but so was Hit Me Baby One More Time
but those guys weren't shit without Dave Grohl and Cobain wasn't any great singer or songwriter or anything else - the only reason he became the "voice of a generation" is because he offed himself - their follow-up to Nevermind,
