ok, ok, I'm Canadian, and yes we get it hard from our government.
So, $3.2 a gallon makes me laugh.
we have
$1.10 / litre --- 1 gallon = 3.79 litres
= $4.17 / gallon. And that's the cheap stuff in Ontario.
East coast hit around $1.25 / litre or so last week = $4.74 / gallon!!!
Sure am glad they don't charge me for waiting in Emerg at the hospital for 5-8 hours while I'm bleeding! They already get $3 for parking, next they'll want a rental fee for ass-in-chair time!!
I think I may want to be American soon!
